We endeavour to answering such requests within a two-month period. This period may be prolonged by two months depending on the complexity of the request and the number of requests received.

We only store your Personal Data for a necessary duration proportional to the purpose for which it has been collected, namely for a maximal duration of three years from your last contact with us on your own initiative (such as connecting to your account), and 10 years in case of a financial transaction, in keeping with article L123-22 du code de commerce .
