Christian Adnet and Zoé Joli started the brewery ‘La Brasserie du Plateau’ over 10 years ago and created the 1000 beer collection, of which there are 7 varieties; the Blonde, soft and fruity, the Blanche, with its citrus taste, the more flowery Blonde Préminant, the spicy Rousse, the strong Triple (7°) which has whiskey malt and a long fermentation time, the Ambrée, made with roasted malt and the very flavoured Christmas beer.
