A whole day with Hildegarde, trainer, author and lecturer, to discover the most common edible wild plants and learn how to recognize and use them. A leisurely hike along the paths of the Bois des Sources to discover the wild plants of the season, and learn how to recognize and use them for both food and self-care. Lunch at the Chavanon forest camp, with a picnic from the bag. In the afternoon, harvest plants in complete safety, and enjoy a wild snack provided by the association.
Bring closed shoes, rain gear and/or a cap, and a bottle of water. A picking bag and a picnic lunch.
